Determining the correct size is very important in order to feel comfortable and to get the desired results.
Follow these 4 steps:
1. Take your contour, waist and hip measurements like in the example figure.
2. Take measurements with the body relaxed without contracting the abdomen.
3. Search your measurements in the Equilibrium size chart.
4. If your measurements don’t fall in the same column, pick the size where your largest measurement falls.
