Instructions for proper care of our clothing - Jeans

JEANS:

Washing:

  • Machine Wash: Turn your jeans inside out to protect the color and fabric. Use cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C) to prevent shrinking. Select a gentle cycle and, if possible, use a mild detergent for dark clothes.
  • Hand Wash: If you prefer to hand wash, fill a basin with cold water and add a small amount of mild detergent. Gently scrub and rinse well.

Drying:

  • Avoid the Dryer: Excessive heat can cause jeans to lose their shape and wear out faster. It’s best to air dry them.
  • Air Drying: Gently stretch the jeans to prevent distortion and hang them in a well-ventilated area, but avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Ironing:

  • Iron on Low Heat: If you need to iron your jeans, do so while they are still slightly damp or lightly mist them with water. Use low to medium heat to avoid damaging the fabric. Avoid ironing directly over the pockets and seams.

Storage:

  • Avoid Wire Hangers: Store your jeans on clip hangers or fold them to avoid stretching. If you prefer to hang them, use wide hangers that will help maintain their shape.

Stain Removal:

  • Treat stains promptly using a stain remover designed for jeans or mild detergent. Do not rub the stain excessively as it may damage the fabric.
